FLY Racing was founded in 1998 as a manufacturer of handlebars and helmets for the motocross industry. Shortly after its founding and early success, the US-based company began expanding its product line to include parts, accessories and apparel for a variety of different motorsport industries. As they expanded their reach, the company still maintained a strong presence in the motocross industry.

Over the years, FLY Racing grew in popularity among riders. They became known as the company that provided good quality at affordable prices. FLY now offers products in more than 40 countries around the world
